HERE Terms of Service

What HERE Does
HERE is a private beta AI execution engine that starts by helping you turn saved content into execution. You can submit content such as pasted text, notes, or YouTube links. HERE may extract lessons, suggest actions, create trackers, and help you check in on follow-through.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the content you submit, the decisions you make, and the actions you choose to take. Only submit content you have the right to use. You should review AI-generated lessons and actions before relying on them.
No Professional Advice
HERE is not a medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or safety service. It may help organize behavior and reflection, but it does not replace qualified professionals or emergency services.
AI Output
AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. HERE is designed to be evidence-aware and to avoid fabricated personalization, but you remain responsible for evaluating outputs.
Accounts and Data Deletion
You need an account to use the authenticated product. Settings and the delete-account page provide controls to delete your account auth plus saved profile, content, extracted lessons, actions, trackers, reminders, check-ins, reflections, and completion logs for the signed-in account.
Payments
If paid digital features are offered inside an iOS app, they must use Apple's in-app purchase system. Until those flows are active, HERE should be presented as a free beta or unpaid product surface.
